English: The new building was built in 2022 on Drontheimer Strasse and has an elevator. I am the first occupant. The very well-kept furnished apartment has a living space of approx. 30m² and is located at the rear of the building. From the window and the balcony you have a relaxing view of the green meadow. The apartment has a balcony, a cellar, a bicycle cellar and a laundry room.
The apartment itself has high standards such as:
- Intercom system at the door
- Door locking mechanism in the stairwell and apartment door
- Ventilation mechanism at the window and underfloor heating
- Chimney in the WC/bathroom
There is a single bed. A kitchenette with a switchable LED light strip is also included. As usual, the kitchenette also has an integrated fridge with freezer compartment. The oven and stove are in top condition.

German: Der Neubau wurde 2022 an der Drontheimer Straße erbaut und besitzt einen Aufzug. Ich bin der Erstbezug. Die sehr gepflegte möblierte Wohnung hat einen Wohnraum von ca. 30m² und befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes. Aus dem Fenster und dem Balkon hat man einen entspannten Ausblick zur grünlichen Wiese. Zur Wohnung gehören ein Balkon, ein Keller, ein Fahrradkeller und ein Waschkeller.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über hohe Standards wie:
- Gegensprechanlage an der Tür
- Türschließmechanismus im Treppenhaus und der Wohnungstür
- Belüftungsmechanismus am Fenster und eine Fußbodenheizung
- Abzugskamin im WC/ Bad
