English: I offer my flat from January 28th on for a rental period of two months. The flat is on the top (5th) floor in a nice quiet neighbourhood, 3 min away from multi-bus station "Steglitzer Damm/Bismarckstr." (282, 284, M82, X83) in 5 min you reach S1 (Rathaus Steglitz), S25 (Südende), U9 (Rathaus Steglitz).
Rental period is limited to two months (ideally you stay for the whole duration). There is W-LAN, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge in the flat. There are two rooms (living and sleeping room) in addition to bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen provides all necessary things (pots, catttle, cutlery, dishes, ...). The rental includes electricity, water and internet.
Shopping options are within a 5 - 10 min walk distance (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, Rossmann, post office). Furthermore there is a nice park just across the street.
The rental period is limited to two months February and March 2024. You get the keys on January 28th. The flat is suitable for signles and couples.
The rental is 650,- € per month plus a deposit of 1000,- €.

German: Ich biete ab dem meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Es ist eine helle Dachgeschosswohnung nahe Steglitzer Damm/Bismarckstr. Die Wohnung ist 3 min von dieser Bushaltestelle (282, 284, M82, X83) entfernt, mit denen man in 5 min zur S1 (Rathaus Steglitz), S25 (Südende), U9 (Rathaus Steglitz) kommt. Die Schlossstraße ist unweit.
Die Mietdauer ist auf 2 Monate befristet. In der Wohnung sind W-LAN, Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Sie verfügt über zwei Zimmer zusätzlich zu Bad, Küche und Flur. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Töpfe, Teller, Tassen, Besteck, etc.). Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet) inklusive.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, Rossmann, Post). Weiterhin ist ein ausgedehnter Park in 3 min erreichbar.
