The use of an Iron can be provided in exchange for a 50 Euros deposit Small pets are allowed at the responsibility of the owner. You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city. Weekly cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
