Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 69 m² in Berlin

English: We are happy to offer you our newly furnished large apartment (with balcony!) on Sprengelstraße in the heart of Berlin, in the new trendy district of Sprengelkiez in Berlin-Weddingt - for at least two months if possible, but also longer.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a narrow street with little traffic. The Gründerzeit old building consists of three parts: a front building, a middle building and a garden house and is very close to the Spree. Our apartment is on the 4th floor in the garden house.

The subway Amrumer Straße is only an 8-minute walk from our apartment, and the nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes. From there you can be at the Zoological Garden in just 10 minutes. Also practical: The nearest Edeka supermarket is right in front of the door - just like great restaurants (our tip: the UUU!) and nice cafes (we especially like: Cafe Schadé!). The best bar: Freya Fuchs.

The apartment is super bright and lovingly furnished - with a retro fridge, washing machine, a water cooker, a coffee machine, super fast WiFi, wood-decorated kitchen, large bed, lots of dishes, nice armchairs, nice pictures, flowers (please water them from time to time! 😊) and everything else otherwise needed for life in Berlin. The apartment itself is 65 square meters and we also provide towels, kitchen towels and bed linen - no problem at all.

German: Wir bieten Dir gerne unser ganz neu eingerichtetes großes Apartment (mit Balkon!) in der Sprengelstraße im Herzen Berlins an und zwar im neuen Szene-Viertel Sprengelkiez in Berlin-Weddingt – nach Möglichkeit für mindestens zwei Monate, gerne auch länger.
Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in einer wenig befahrenen, schmalen Straße. Der Gründerzeit-Altbau besteht aus drei Gebäudeteilen: einem Vorderhaus, einem Mittelhaus und einem Gartenhaus und ist ganz in der Nähe der Spree. Unser Apartment ist in der 4. Etage im Gartenhaus.

Die U-Bahn Amrumer Straße9 ist außerdem nur 8 Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle sogar nur 3 Minuten. Von dort bist Du in nur 10 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten. Auch praktisch: Der nächste Edeka ist direkt vor der Tür – genau wie tolle Restaurants (unser Tipp: das UUU!) und nette Cafés (wir mögen besonders: Cafe Schadé!).Die beste Bar: Freya Fuchs.

Das Apartment ist super hell und liebevoll ausgestattet – mit Retro-Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, super schnellem WiFi, holzverzierter Küche, großem Bett, ganz viel Geschirr, netten Sesseln, netten Bildern, Blumen (bitte ab und zu gießen! 😊) und alles, was man sonst zum Leben in Berlin so braucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist 65 Quadratmeter groß und wir bieten auch Handtücher, Küchentücher und Bettwäsche - gar kein Problem.
