English: The beautiful apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building in the middle of Bergmannkiez. The apartment has a total of 3 balconies. The whole apartment has wooden floors and beautiful stucco in the living and dining room, which are connected by large double doors. Both the living and dining room are shared spaces. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Bora stove (induction) and everything you need to cook!
The bathroom is very spacious and has a large window. There are two large bedrooms (25qm each), one of which I am renting out, the other one is my bedroom.

Die ganze Wohnung hat Holzböden und schönen Stuck im Wohn- und Esszimmer, die durch große Flügeltüren verbunden sind. Sowohl das Wohn- als auch das Esszimmer sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat ein großes Fenster. Es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer (je 25qm), von denen ich eines vermiete, das andere ist mein Schlafzimmer.
