English: This beautiful and bright apartment is located on the top floor in a super central neighborhood called Moabit/ Tiergarten. The closest Metro stop is Turmstrasse Underground (U9 line) only a 1-minute walk away. From here it's really easy and convenient getting anywhere as you are in the middle of the city yet in a quiet rooftop apartment that faces a large courtyard area. Directly outside you can find nice cafes and restaurants, small bars, and tons of amenities/ shopping opportunities on either Turmstrasse down the road or directly opposite at the newly refurbished Brewery complex which is now a shopping mall with restaurants, offices, etc. For a more local experience and great food and food stalls, you can go shop at the Arminius market hall which is also close by. From this apartment it's close to the main train station, the government district with all of its sights and Berlin's biggest park called Tiergarten.
The apartment itself is really bright as it's on the top floor with an unobstructed view. It gets nice sunlight and has wooden floors. Very quiet location as on the top with hardly any neighbors around and when you open the windows in the summer you get a lovely breeze. It is fully furnished in mid-century style, comes with wifi and basic equipment in the kitchen, etc. The bathroom has a bath/ shower combo and a Washing machine included.
