Beautiful and excellently located 2-br loft in Kreuzberg/Neukoelln, directly by Landwehrkanal and all the wonderful cafés and markets along its banks. 5mins to Goerlitzer Park, the bars on Reuterplatz and Weserstrasse as well as everything else on Oranienstrasse, Kreuzberg36's historical heart. The flat is situated on the 4th floor of a 5-story former factory building (there's an elevator). It consists of one master- and one small bedroom, a massive living/kitchen area with up to 14ft ceilings and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom comes with shower and tub, there's a separate guest toilet, and wooden floors throughout the place. Perfect for a family of up to 4, a couple - or somebody who really enjoys, well, space. Playgrounds, supermarkets and all sorts of other amenities around the corner. I am sub-letting the flat fully furnished and equipped with everything, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cutlery/crockery etc pp (optional: toys. Lots of them, which I would otherwise of course remove). There is also a bicycle room and an underground parking garage with direct elevator access, should one be inclined to use such things. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (mit Lift) hat ein sehr großes, bis zu vier Meter hohes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Balkon und Küchenblock in der Mitte. Daneben ein Schlafzimmer und ein (sehr) kleines Kinder-/Gästezimmer. Ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein Gäste-WC. Perfekt für ein Paar, eine Familie mit einem bzw. zwei Kindern (wenn eines klein genug ist...) oder einen Single mit viel Spaß an viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, samt Waschmaschine und Trockner, Spülmaschine etc. Dazu gibt es einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum sowie einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit direktem Fahrstuhlanschluss, wenn man so etwas braucht. Sie ist, das muss man wohl so sagen, sehr mondän. WICHTIG: Die Wohnung ist drei Monate frei, ich würde sie aber auch für eine kürzere Zeit vermieten.
