Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 58 m² in Köln

English: Beautiful, bright apartment - well connected (streetcar right around the corner, highway junction 5min away, S-Bahn 20min walk away, 20min by train to the city center) and yet in the countryside (parks 5 - 10 minutes walk away).
The apartment has everything you need and can be occupied immediately. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request. The books also stay.
I am renting the apartment while I am traveling the world. The landlady lives directly opposite, should anything need to be done.
German: Wunderschöne, helle Wohnung - gut angebunden (Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke, Autobahnkreuz 5min entfernt, S-Bahn 20 Gehminuten entfernt, 20min mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt) und trotzdem im Grünen (Parks 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt).
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und kann direkt bezogen werden. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher können auf Nachfrage gestellt werden. Die Bücher bleiben ebenfalls.
Ich miete die Wohnung unter solange ich auf Weltreise bin. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt gegenüber, sofern etwas sein sollte.
