The apartment is in a unique, stately Art Nouveau house, with beautiful stucco ceilings and historic ambience, really cozy!
The entire living area with dining table, bay window, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and toilet are also at your disposal.
Everything you need is just a few steps away:

- Drugstores, hairdressers, copy shop

A weekly market is held directly opposite 3 times a week.
The distance to Messe Stuttgart and Stuttgart Airport is short, easy to reach by public transport or car as you are also on the highway in 15 minutes.
By bus or bike it is 5 minutes to the city center, on foot you are also there in 10 minutes. The bus to the train station (10 min) and the city center (10 min) stops right around the corner.
I do have also one room in the flat,because I come only for days /a month to sleep in my room, when I m giving seminars in Stuttgart.

Die Entfernung zur Messe Stuttgart und Flughafen Stuttgart ist gering, leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Auto leicht zu erreichen da man in 15 Minuten auch auf der Autobahn ist.
Mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad sind es 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß sind Sie auch in 10 Minuten dort. Der Bus zum Bahnhof (10 Min) und die Innenstadt (10 min) hält direkt um die Ecke.
