English: I rent my beautiful 2 room apartment in Berlin Steglitz. I was allowed to spend the last 2 years in this apartment and would not have moved out if not for a larger apartment. A perfect single or couple apartment, with small but fine touches, starting with the renovation work and finally with the selection and composition of the pieces of furniture. The apartment is flooded with light at all times. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Ceiling spotlights in the hallway and in the bathroom create a beautiful ambience. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level rain shower. A small but cozy balcony, nice with a glass of wine. A place to relax and feel good.

Die letzten 2 Jahre durfte ich in dieser Wohnung verbringen und wäre nicht ausgezogen, wenn nicht für eine größere Wohnung. Eine perfekte Single- oder auch Paar Wohnung, mit kleinen aber feinen Akzenten, angefangen bei den Sanierungsarbeiten und zu Letzt bei der Auswahl und Zusammensetzung der Möbelstücke. Die Wohnung ist zu jeder Zeit lichtdurchflutet. Das Schlafzimmer besitzt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum. Deckenspots im Flur sowie im Badezimmer sorgen für ein schönes Ambiente. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Regendusche ausgestattet. Ein kleiner aber gemütlicher Balkon, nett mit einem Gläschen Wein. Ein Ort zum Runterkommen und Wohlfühlen.
