The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the small town of Wedel on the Elbe, just outside Hamburg, just behind Blankenese. The S-Bahn station with the S1 line as well as the shopping street with Wedel's restaurants and cafes are only a stone's throw away. Even closer is nature. From the terrace you look into the nature reserve Autal. While you watch roe deer, wild geese and Highland cattle grazing, pheasants like to drop by on the terrace.
Wonderful walking and hiking opportunities are offered by the local recreation area Forst Klövensteen as well as the Holmer Sandberge and the Wedeler Marsch. You love quiet and long walks along the water or in the forest? Then this is the right place for you.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex and consists of two rooms (bedroom, open living room) and a bright bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is comfortably and modernly furnished in Scandinavian style. The bedroom and the living room each have their own terrace. Here you can relax in the morning or evening sun. In the large living room, in addition to the open kitchen, you will find a dining area, a workplace, a couch with TV, as well as a TV armchair. The apartment can be completely darkened via electric blinds.
During the renovation, only natural building materials were used. The oak parquet was polished with bio hard wax oil, the walls and ceilings were painted with clay colors. The pleasant indoor climate makes the apartment suitable for allergy sufferers.
The proximity to the S-Bahn station does not affect the peace and quiet. Rolling in S-Bahn trains are hardly audible in the apartment due to very good window insulation.

Von der Terrasse aus blickt man in das Naturschutzgebiet Autal. Während Sie Rehwild, Wildgänsen und Highlandrindern beim Grasen zusehen, schauen die Fasane gerne mal auf der Terrasse vorbei.

Beschreibung der Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eine ruhigen Wohnanlage und besteht aus zwei Zimmern (Schlafzimmer, offenes Wohnzimmer) sowie einem hellen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Sie ist gemütlich und modern im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet. An das Schlaf- und auch das Wohnzimmer grenzt jeweils eine eigene Terasse an. Hier können Sie in der Morgen- oder Abendsonne entspannen. Im großen Wohnzimmer finden sich neben der offenen Küche ein Essbereich, ein Arbeitsplatz, eine Couch mit Fernseher, sowie ein Fernsehsessel. Die Wohnung kann über elektrische Rollos komplett abgedunkelt werden.
Bei der Renovierung wurden ausschliesslich natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Das Eichenparkett wurde mit bio Hartwachsöl poliert, die Wände und Decken mit Lehmfarben gestrichen. Das angenehme Raumklima macht die Wohnung allergikergeeignet.
Die Nähe zum S-Bahnhof beeinträchtigt die Ruhe nicht. Einrollende S-Bahnen sind aufgrund sehr guter Fenster-Isolierung in der Wohnung kaum hörbar.
Carport-Autostellplatz, sowie ein Fahrrad können mitgenutzt werden.
