Die gemütliche Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und beinhaltet den Hauptraum mit Küche, Essen, Schlafen, Arbeiten, Fernsehen und Balkon sowie das Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und einem kleinen Abstellraum, der als Garderobe genutzt werden kann.
Ausspannen könnt Ihr in der Badewanne oder auch unter einer heißen Dusche.
Essen kochen ist in der kleinen, aber feinen Küche inkl. Spülmaschine schnell geschehen - und für die Schnellen gibt es auch eine Mikrowelle.
Ein Stressless-Sessel ist zur Entspannung da - und gemütliches Sitzen oder komfortables Schlafen ist auf dem flexiblen Schlafsofa von Copperfield garantiert. Bitte beachtet: Es ist statt einem Bett ein Schlafsofa vorhanden. Problemlos beherbergen kann dieses Zuhause 1-2 Personen, ein Bett hat die Maße 90x200, doppelt ausgezogen .
Schwabach hat einen wunderbaren Stadtkern, es lebt - voller kleiner Cafes, Bistros, urgemütlichen fränkischen Wirtschaften und netten Einkaufsläden.
In ca 15 Minuten läuft man in die City oder zum Bahnhof, sieben Minuten zu Fuß geht Ihr zum Parkbad, dem Freibad, das direkt neben unserem wunderschönen Stadtpark liegt. Schwabach ist die Goldschlägerstadt - und Gold wird Euch auch am Rathaus und an vielen Stationen immer wieder begegnen. Auch ein Stadtmuseum hat Schwabach zu bieten - und das tolle: Ihr seid ganz nah an Nürnberg (ca 22 km per Auto in die City), habt die Fränkische Schweiz vor Euch, könnt auf der anderen Seite das fränkische Seenland genießen - und profitiert beim Shoppen von der gesamten Metropolregion, denn auch die schönen Städtchen Fürth, Erlangen und Roth sind nahe!

The cosy one-room apartment is located in an apartment building and includes the main room with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working, TV and balcony as well as the bathroom with shower/bathtub and a small storage room that can be used as a cloakroom.
You can relax in the bathtub or under a hot shower.
Cooking food is easy in the small but nice kitchen including a dishwasher - and for the quick ones there is also a microwave.
A stressless armchair is there for relaxation - and cosy sitting or comfortable sleeping is guaranteed on the flexible sofa bed from Copperfield. Please note: There is a sofa bed instead of a bed. This home can easily accommodate 1-2 people, one bed measures 90x200, double bed .
Schwabach has a wonderful town centre, it is alive - full of small cafes, bistros, cosy Franconian taverns and nice shops.
In about 15 minutes you walk to the city or to the train station, seven minutes by foot you go to the Parkbad, the open-air swimming pool, which is located right next to our beautiful city park. Schwabach is the city of gold-beaters - and you will encounter gold again and again at the town hall and at many stations. Schwabach also has a city museum to offer - and the great thing is: You are very close to Nuremberg (approx. 22 km by car to the city), you have Franconian Switzerland in front of you, and on the other side you can enjoy the Franconian Lake District - and while shopping you benefit from the entire metropolitan region, because the beautiful little towns of Fürth, Erlangen and Roth are also close by!
