Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, ein Esstisch für 6 Personen, ein Couchtisch und ein TV. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und hat Zugang zum kleinen Balkon mit Blick zum Innenhof.
Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Utensilien sowie eine Spülmaschine.
Das halbe Zimmer hat kein Fenster und wird im Moment als Abstellkammer benutzt.
Trotz der Nähe zur Reeperbahn handelt es sich hier trotzdem um eine ruhige Wohnung.
Die Warmmiete beträgt monatlich €1.500,-. Bei Bedarf einer Waschmaschine berechnen wir monatlich €1.525,-. Weitere Fotos könne gerne zugeschickt werden.

In the living room there is a sofa bed, a dining table for 6 people, a coffee table and a TV. The room is large and bright and has access to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The kitchen has all necessary utensils and a dishwasher.
Half of the room has no window and is currently used as a storeroom.
Despite the proximity to the Reeperbahn it is still a quiet apartment.
The warm rent is €1.500,- per month. If you need a washing machine we charge €1.525,- per month. Further photos can be sent if needed.
