English: We go travelling and would like to give our stylish and fully furnished flat into trustworthy hands from October 2024 to May 2025.
The flat is located on the 4th floor of a quiet apartment building with ground-level access via lift and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area with open-plan fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a hobby room with sports equipment, reading corner and piano, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a hallway and a storage room. It is a brand new building, which we were the first to move into about 1 year ago. The flat has wooden parquet flooring with underfloor heating in all rooms. Each room is also equipped with electric external blinds. A spacious balcony with a view of Leipzig's skyline makes the overall package perfect.
We are letting the flat fully furnished and equipped - making it easy to move in and feel at home straight away. The price of €1950 per month is a flat-rate warm rent including water, heating, electricity, internet and GEZ fees. The deposit on the flat and furnishings is €4000.
The flat is located in the northern city centre of Leipzig within walking distance of shopping facilities (Netto, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Konsum, Rossmann, ...), very good transport connections, the cozy Brettschneider Park, numerous restaurants, a great ice cream caé and much more.
We are looking for tidy temporary tenants who treat our furniture and the flat with the same care as we do and hope that you will feel completely at home here. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.

Spülmaschine), einem Hobbyraum mit Sportequipment, Leseecke und Klavier, 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Badewanne, einem Flur und einer Abstellkammer. Es handelt sich um einen nagelneuen Neubau, den wir vor ca. 1 Jahr als erste bezogen haben. Die Wohnung hat Holzparkett mit Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen. Ebenso ist jedes Zimmer mit elektrischen Außenjalousien ausgestattet. Ein großzügiger Balkon mit Blick auf Leipzigs Skyline machen das Gesamtpaket perfekt.
Wir geben die Wohnung vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet ab - zum unkomplizierten Einziehen und sofort Wohlfühlen also. Bei dem Preis in Höhe von 1850€ monatlich handelt es sich um eine Flatrate-Warmmiete inkl. Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet und GEZ-Gebühren. Die Kaution auf die Wohnung und Einrichtung beträgt 4000€.
